  • 1 CUP MAYO & PLAIN YOGURT ( APPROXIMATELY 50/50 MIX)

  • 4 OZ ARTICHOKE HEARTS

  • 4 OZ PARMESEAN CHEESE – GRATED

  • 4 OZ FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES

 

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER BROIL IN OVEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, PITA CHIPS, OR VEGGIES
