GRANDMA’S RHUBARB CRUNCH 

  • 2 Cups chopped Rhubarb
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Juice and grated peel of 1 orange
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oats preferably old-fashioned
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • Pour rhubarb into 8 X 8 baking dish
  • Sprinkle with sugar, orange juice & peel

 In a bowl combine remaining ingredients

Sprinkle over rhubarb

Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes

Serves 8
