GRANDMA’S RHUBARB CRUNCH
- 2 Cups chopped Rhubarb
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Juice and grated peel of 1 orange
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oats preferably old-fashioned
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
- Pour rhubarb into 8 X 8 baking dish
- Sprinkle with sugar, orange juice & peel
In a bowl combine remaining ingredients
Sprinkle over rhubarb
Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes
Serves 8
