BRING ABOVE INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN

COOK UNTIL SALT & SUGAR DISOLVE

 

ADD 1 QUART OF UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER AND ICE CUBES

TO COOL THE MIXTURE DOWN

 

POUR OVER PORK CHOPS OR PORK ROAST AND MARINATE

 

ABOUT 45 MINUTES BEFORE COOKING REMOVE FROM BRINE

SET MEAT ON A RACK TO DRY.

 

ROAST OR GRILL TO MEDIUM TEMPERATURE
