GRANDMA TESS’S HOMEMADE ICE CRÈME


  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • A Large Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 4 Eggs

  • ½ Pint of Whipping Crème (1 Cup)

  • 2 Pints of Half & Half (4 Cups)

  • 1 can Evaporated Milk

  • Extra Milk to make 1 Gallon

  • Mix Eggs & Sugar, Add Instant Pudding, Cream, & Half & Half

  • Top of Ice Crème Maker with Milk to Fill Line.

 

This works perfect with a 1-gallon mixer, otherwise mix two smaller batches.

    

Cherry Ice Crème

In a blender puree 1 to 2 jars of Marchiano cherries, partial drained

And add to above Ice Crème.  A family Favorite!!
