1/2 JICAMA CUT INTO THIN STRIP’S

1 LARGE APPLE CUT INTO THIN STRIPS

1/3 CUP CILANTRO CHOPPED IN LARGER PIECES

MIX ABOVE TOGETHER

 

·         MIX FOLLOWING FOR THE SAUCE

·         ½ CUP MAYO

·         1 SMALL CAN CRUSHED PINAPPLE

·         HOT SAUCE TO TASTE – TABASCOS OR OTHER

·         SALT / PEPPER TO TASTE

·         1 TSP SUGAR

 

MIX SAUCE AND INTO CABBAGE, JICAMA, APPLES ETC
