BEEF TENDERLOIN RECIPE

 

3 TBLS TABASCO

3 TABLS WORCESTERSHIRE

1 BOTTLE WISHBONE ITALIAN DRESSING

1 CUP CHARDONNAY (chef drink’s the remainder)

½ CUP OLIVE OIL

2 TBLS BROWN SUGAR

3 TBLS HONEY

2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC

1 TBLS SALT

2 TBLS LEMON

 

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, ADD A 3 TO 4 LB BEEF TENDERLOIN.

MARINATE FOR UP TO ONE DAY.  TURNING OVER TO MARINATE THE ENTIRE

TENDERLOIN.  COOK BEEF AT 15 MINUTES PER LB.  COOK TO 135 DEGREE’S PULL

FROM HEAT AND LET REST BEFORE SLICING.
