SWORDFISH MARINADE

½ CUP SEASONED RICE VINEGAR

2 TEASPOONS DIJON MUSTARD

1/2 TEASPOON CRUSHED DRIED RED PEPPER

3 TABLSPOONS OLIVE OIL

 

 

WHISK ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

POUR OVER SWORDFISH AND MARINATE FOR APROXIMATELY 1 HOUR

 COOK ON GRILL OR IN A SKILLET
