½ CUP RED WINE
CHOP ALL FRUIT & NUTS INTO ¼ INCH DICE AND SOAK IN WINE FOR 2 HOURS.
DRAIN
SET ASIDE ¼ CUP OF MIXTURE
CUT BRIE WHEEL HORIZONTALLY
PLACE MIXTURE IN MIDDLE OF BOTTOM HALF OF WHEEL
COVER WITH TOP OF WHEEL
THEN ADD ¼ CUP ON TOP OF WHEEL
BAKE IN A ROUND PAN AT 350 F FOR 30 MINUTES
SERVE WITH SLICES OF BAGUETTE OR THICK CRACKER
