CHEESECAKE
- 1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 ½ LBS PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
- (2 LARGE + 1 SMALL PACKAGE)
- 5 EGGS – 1 @ A TIME
- 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 ½ TEASPOONS VANILLA
- MIX WELL AND POUR ON TOP OF CRUST
- BAKE 1 HOUR @ 300 F
TOPPING
- 1 ½ PINTS SOUR CRÈME
- ½ CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 ½ TSP VANILLA
PUT ON TOP OF CHEESCAKE AFTER 1 HOUR PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM OVEN LET COOL THEN REFRIGERATE
