CHEESECAKE

 

  • 1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
  • 1 ½ LBS PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
  • (2 LARGE + 1 SMALL PACKAGE)
  • 5 EGGS – 1 @ A TIME
  • 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 ½ TEASPOONS VANILLA
  • MIX WELL AND POUR ON TOP OF CRUST
  • BAKE 1 HOUR @ 300 F

TOPPING

  • 1 ½ PINTS SOUR CRÈME
  • ½ CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 ½ TSP VANILLA

PUT ON TOP OF CHEESCAKE AFTER 1 HOUR PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM OVEN LET COOL THEN REFRIGERATE
