  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED

WHISK ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

  • 3 PLUM TOMATOES
  • 2 RED BELL PEPPER QUARTERED & SEEDED
  • 2 YELLOW BELL PEPPERS QUARTERED & SEEDED
  • 2 ZUCCHINI CUT IN THICK SLICES
  • 1 RED ONION IN ½ INCH THICK SLICES
  • 1 EGGPLANT CUT IN ½ INCH THICK SLICES

 

HEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH

BRUSH VEGTABLES WITH THE DRESSING

PLACE VEGTABLES ON GRILL RACK COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY.

GRILL 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE

BRUSH WITH DRESSING AGAIN.
