- 1 RED ONION IN ½ INCH THICK SLICES
- 1 EGGPLANT CUT IN ½ INCH THICK SLICES
HEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH
BRUSH VEGTABLES WITH THE DRESSING
PLACE VEGTABLES ON GRILL RACK COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY.
GRILL 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
BRUSH WITH DRESSING AGAIN.
