12 HARD BOILED EGGS

WHILE ABOVE IS COOKING

DICE FINE ½ OF MEDIUM SIZE YELLOW ONION

1 BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS

PLACE IN THE BOTTOM OF A BOWL

WHEN POTATOES ARE SOFT IN THE CENTER

IMMEDIATELY PEEL AND DICE

PLACE HOT DICED POTATOES ON TOP OF DICED ONIONS

THEN SPRINKLE POTATOES WITH

2 TSP CELERY SALT

2 TSP LAWRY’S SEASONING SALT

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

THEN DICE EGGS AND MIX ALL TOGETHER

 

IN SEPERATE BOWL

 MIX

2 ½ CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

¼ CUP YELLOW MUSTARD

2 TBLS SWEET PICKLE JUICE

3 TBLS SUGAR

1 TBLS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

TASTE TO MAKE SURE IT PLEASE’S YOU

ADD MORE OF ANYTHING YOU FEEL LIKE

POUR OVER POTATOES & EGGS

MIX WELL

GARNISH WITH SLICED EGG, DICED GREEN TOPS FROM ONIONS, PAPRIKA
