GRANDPA’S SOFT OATMEAL COOKIES
- 1 ¼ CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 CUP MARGARINE SOFTENED
- ¼ CUP SUGAR
- ¾ CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 CUP RAISINS
- 1 PKG JELLO BUTTERSCOTCH INSTANT PUDDING
- 2 EGGS
- 3 ½ CUPS QUAKER OATS ( QUICK COOKING)
- 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 CUP DRIED APRICOT’S CHOPPED
MIX FLOUR WITH BAKING SODA. COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR & PUDDING MIX IN MIXER. BEAT UNTILL SMOOTH AND CREAMY THEN ADD EGGS FOLLOWED BY FLOUR MIXTURE. STIR IN OTHER INGREDIENTS MIXING WELL. DROP BY TEASPOON FULL ONTO UNGREASED BAKING SHEET. BAKE AT 375 F FOR 10 MINUTES. MAKES APPROXIMATELY 5DOZEN
