SPICY FLANK STEAK

 

MARINADE INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
  • ¼ CUP MINCED FRESH CILANTRO
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • 2 TEASPOONS SALT
  • 2 TEASPOONS GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 TEASPOON GROUND CORRIANDER
  • 1 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

 

  • 1 ½ LB FLANK STEAK

 

MIX THE MARINADE AND SPREAD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FLANK STEAK.

LET MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES MINIMUM.  GRILL OVER HOT COALS OR

UNDER A BROILER FOR 5 MINUTES A SIDE. CUT DIAGONALLY ACROSS THE GRAIN.

 

SERVE WITH TORTILLAS AND YOUR FAVORITE TACO CONDIMENTS.
