SPICY FLANK STEAK
MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- ¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
- ¼ CUP MINCED FRESH CILANTRO
- 4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
- 2 TEASPOONS SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS GROUND CUMIN
- 1 TEASPOON GROUND CORRIANDER
- 1 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1 ½ LB FLANK STEAK
MIX THE MARINADE AND SPREAD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FLANK STEAK.
LET MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES MINIMUM. GRILL OVER HOT COALS OR
UNDER A BROILER FOR 5 MINUTES A SIDE. CUT DIAGONALLY ACROSS THE GRAIN.
SERVE WITH TORTILLAS AND YOUR FAVORITE TACO CONDIMENTS.
