DESIREE’S FAVORITE SALAD DRESSING
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES BOILED IN WATER FOR 10 MINUTES AND DRAINED
- ¼ TSP OF SALT
- 1 TSP OF DIJON MUSTARD
- 2 TBLS OF RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1/3 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- FRESH GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
IN SMALL NON ALUMINUM BOWL, MASH THE GARLIC AND SALT TOGETHER WITH
THE BACK OF A FORK. WHISK IN THE MUSTARD AND VINEGAR AND SLOWLY ADD THE OLIVE
OIL, AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
GOES GREAT OVER ROMAINE LETTUCE WITH PINON NUTS AND PARMESAN CHEESE
