DESIREE’S FAVORITE SALAD DRESSING

  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES BOILED IN WATER FOR 10 MINUTES AND DRAINED
  • ¼ TSP OF SALT
  • 1 TSP OF DIJON MUSTARD
  • 2 TBLS OF RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1/3 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • FRESH GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE 

IN SMALL NON ALUMINUM BOWL, MASH THE GARLIC AND SALT TOGETHER WITH

THE BACK OF A FORK. WHISK IN THE MUSTARD AND VINEGAR AND SLOWLY ADD THE OLIVE

OIL, AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

 

GOES GREAT OVER ROMAINE LETTUCE WITH PINON NUTS AND PARMESAN CHEESE
