CRAB CAKES

 

INGREDIENTS

3 TBLS Butter

½ Cup chopped onion

½ Cup finely chopped celery

3 TBLS Mayo

1 TBLS Yogurt

1 TSP Dijon mustard

1 TSP Baking Soda

1 TSP Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 TSP Each Salt and Pepper

¼ TSP Cayenne Pepper

1 Pound Lump Crab Meat

1 Cup Bread Crumbs

 

In a skillet, melt the butter over low heat.  Add the Celery & Onion.

Stir occasionally until soft approximately 5 minutes.

 

In a large bowl stir together the Mayo, Yogurt, Mustard, baking soda, & dry seasonings.

Then add onion, celery and crabmeat. Toss Gently.

 

Preheat oven to 450 Degrees

Lightly coat a baking sheet with Pam

Make ¼ Cup scoops of crab mixture and dust with bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes.
