Asparagus-Prosciutto-Parmigianino Bruschetta

Thinly slice one Baguette

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt

( bake at 425 if you like crunchy bruschetta)

 

Toss halved asparagus spears in olive oil, salt and pepper

Roast on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes @ 450

 

Place a thin slice of Parmigianino cheese on the Baguette

Top with roasted Asparagus

Finish off with a thin slice of Prosciutto

 

Serve
